User interface / User experience Designer at Tezza Business Solutions Limited in Nigeria

Position Overview

We are looking for a innovative and meticulous User interface/User experience Designer to design intuitive and reachable digital experiences, especially for wage processing officers and employees with limited exposure to lending resources. You will be in charge of producing user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs that simplify sophisticated financial duty, reduce friction, and improve relation across our channels.

User interface Design:

Design clean, regular, and reachable interfaces for omnichannel platforms applications. Produce and preserve design operational structures and User interface kits that ensure graphics coherence.

Partnership:

Collaborate with PMs, developers, and content creative writers to bring designs to life. Engage in nimble ceremonies and offer design assist during development and Quality assurance.

Optimization & Availability:

Simplify sophisticated lending processes for users unfamiliar with financial tech. Ensure designs are WCAG-conforming and usable across variety of devices and screen sizes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise as a User interface/User experience Designer, preferably in financial technology, Human resources technology, or enterprise SaaS.
• Skilled with design resources which includes Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Robust project sample presenting user journey mapping, wireframes, and high-fidelity User interface design.
• Expertise in design operational structures and User experience industry standards.
• Capability to convert user conduct and response into thoughtful, ability to scale functional visuals.
• Clear articulation and collaborative ability.
• Must be capable to travel to operate.
