Job Description

Advise with clients to discuss wanted cake designs and cake decorating creative thoughts for speciality cakes
Design and decorate cakes according to clients' requirements
Generate different kinds of icing, frosting, and cake fillings based on cake type and client preferences
Keep current with the latest practices in both flavors and aesthetic appeal
Oversee and make sure that all decorating utensils and tools are properly preserved
Follow workplace safety and wellness rules by preserving product freshness and sanitation
Oversee and submit application creativeness into decoration of cakes
Managing and managing decoration of all cakes which comprise of fondant, buttercream, butter icing, cupcakes and desserts
Take stock of baking and decorating inventory and liase with the store manager to order new inventory as necessary.
Deliver session for students and internship as required.
Craft flowers and every other accessory for the decoration of a cake.
Decorate consistent bakery items according to established bakery guidelines.
Make sure that the display refrigerators are cleaned, polished, and fully stocked with cakes, frostings, and desserts and keeping the work station clean.
Dutifully discharging duty as allocated by the Business operations manager and Innovative Director.

Applicants should have a Bsc / Higher national diploma certification with 3 - 5 years work expertise.
Must live very close to Bodija, Ibadan.
Work hours are 8:30am to 6pm routine with 30-minute break.
