Evaluator - Regional Sales at MTN Nigeria in Lagos

Job Description

To show a robust skilled in business evaluation, business effectiveness status updates, project coordination, organizing, effectiveness tracking and differences evaluation.
Synchronization of regional sales initiatives, coordinating with with RGM, and HQ operational aid team on regional input and outputs.
To mine and oversee data targeted at offering findings for most effective regional effectiveness.
To produce and routinely modify effectiveness dashboards and charts for the different Sub-regions in the region.

Formulate regional sales projections based on subscription growth, churn rates, and income per user (ARPU).
Track sales effectiveness against income effectiveness and recognizing differences and avenues.
Evaluate on-site profit margin by client and ARPU segmentation.
Assess cost systems linked to sales marketing, and customer conversion.
Track and track GC to MoMo wallet transformation ratio
Track and evaluate variances in regional sales scheme and suggest corrective actions.
Assess Devices effectiveness productivity against target for trade associates and CCR’s in the in-store space
Work alongside regional cross operational teams for divided targets implementation and strategic programs deploying.
Design and preserve dashboards for tracking sales key indicators which includes gross additions, churn, and ARPU.
Carry out root cause evaluation for underperforming team members/sales zones and propose initiatives.
Track RD’s effectiveness across KPI’s.
Produce, Collect, evaluate and analyze a broad selection of income data to formulate routine/on a weekly basis /every month documentation/dashboards for the team (SR, SL, RD’s etc) for business assessments.
Track client fulfillment (NPS, CSAT) and propose programs to handle pain points.
Evaluate the performance of regional advertising marketing in pushing subscriber increase.

First Academic qualification in Economics, Business Management, Actuarial science or any associated discipline
Business intelligence competencies necessary.
Good documented and spoken English
