Job Description
Scope of Work
The Design & Visualization Officer will produce visually captivating materials to assist 3iS’s IM skills development programs, making sure clear communication of data, development content, and resulting deliverables to participants and donors.
Data Visualization & Mapping:
Generate dashboards, maps, and data visuals to conceptualize visually IM data (e.g., participant coverage, differences evaluation). Work alongside the CB team to guarantee precision and visual precision of data results.
Brand identity & Uniformity:
Verify that every materials follow 3iS and donor (e.g., ECHO) brand identity standard procedures.
Qualifications Education:
MSC in Graphic Design, Graphics Communications, or a relevant field.
Expertise:
2+ years of expertise in design for humanitarian/development projects.
Competencies:
Competence in Adobe Innovative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Canva, and data resources (Power BI, Tableau). Basic Geographic information system competencies (ArcGIS, QGIS) for map generation are preferred.
Interpersonal abilities:
- Creativeness and meticulousness.
- Capability to convert sophisticated data into user-friendly graphics.
- Robust schedule control to deliver within strict timelines.
Other Qualifications:
Project sample presenting competence in data visualization and print/digital design (previous work).
