Site Market Evaluator at Givanas Group in Victoria Island, Lagos (extensive in-market travel required)

Position Overview

We are looking for a Site Market Intelligence & Buyer Analysis Evaluator to assist our business-related and product plan through on-ground market visits, attractive intelligence, and buyer running test. You’ll play a practical position collecting practical findings from across key markets to mentor internal decisions. This position requires regular site commute (up to 1–2 months at a time), especially across key cities and launch markets.

Primary duties

• Carry out consistent site visits to track in-store implementation, rival initiatives, and product effectiveness.
• Head buyer analysis sessions (interviews, concentration groups, running test).
• Track pricing practices, wrapping comparisons, and advertising initiatives.
• Assemble findings and strategic guidance in clear documentation for promotion, product, and sales teams.
• Build and modify dashboards using Excel or Power BI.
• Preserve robust synchronization with site sales and trade promotion teams.

Qualifications

• Applicants should have a Bsc
• 2–4 years in market analysis, sales evaluation, or trade promotion (FMCG preferred).
• Skilled in Excel; expertise with Power BI or data visualization resources is a plus.
• Clear articulation and observation competencies.
• Meticulous and self-motivated with robust status updates discipline.
• Readiness to commute extensively and work with little to no supervision in site sites.
