Position Overview

We are recruiting a HR Specialist to supervise and oversee the people side of our business. You will be in charge of conceptualizing Human resources rules, hiring high performer, coordinating workplace engagement, and making sure a smooth and efficient organizational culture in a fully remote, nimble environment.

Primary duties

• Formulate and execute Human resources plans and rules that match with organisation targets.
• Head hiring process endeavors, from position postings to orientation new recruits.
• Oversee staff productivity assessments and career advancement strategies.
• Manage workplace engagement, dispute settlement, and office culture programs.
• Guarantee adherence with work legal provisions and best Human resources procedures.
• Assist executive guidance with staff planning and team arranging.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in HR management.
• Deep knowledge of Human resources industry standards, work legal provisions, and hiring process methods.
• Clear articulation, issue resolution, and planning abilities.
• Capability to operate independently and adjust to a remote, nimble organizational culture.

Preferred Credentials

Human resources accreditation (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is a plus. Expertise in a digital agency or technology-driven company.
