About the position

As a Feature lead, you will be in charge of solving business targets in line with client needs, conceptualizing user qualifications and translating them to customer experiences and product requirement documents. You will be the vital link between our engineering capacity and our core business targets with duty for the successful execution and deploying of goods that our clients love by pushing user analysis, collecting product qualifications, and executing, running test and deploying our software goods capabilities. You will also collaborate with the design, engineering, promotion, adherence, lawful & other associated teams to strategize and implement the next significant thing to operate on.

Duties  Business Development:

• Collaborate with Business Executive guidance in pushing key targets and outcomes for the business unit.
• Own and formulate connections with associates, operating with them to enhance and improve our consolidation.
• Manage within and outside the organization project information exchange.

User Exploratory phase:

• Produce, strategy and implement user analysis workshops that lead business targets.
• Carry out user analysis using suitable analysis structured approaches.
• Systematically produce and evaluate options and initiatives for creative thoughts that solve client challenges.
• Distill and show analysis findings to primary stakeholders.
• Collaborate with UI/UX professionals in crafting creative thoughts to test.
• Gain a strong insight of customer experience, recognize and fill product differences and produce new creative thoughts that grow market distribute, enhance customer experience and boost expansion.

Viability evaluation:

Design and implement suitable user efficiency tests for a product or function. Collate, evaluate and documentation on findings to primary stakeholders.

Product Design:

Formulate, test & iteratively enhance low-fidelity wireframes for capabilities and goods. Organize product design (high fidelity & prototypes) endeavors using approved theories.

Product Development:

Defined tested and validated client qualifications to the engineering team, operating closely with Technical Product Management to supply capabilities to necessary requirements. Execute QA to guarantee the initiative being fulfilled is in line with the client's qualifications.

Product Data analysis:

• Establish, set up and track key product OKPs & KPIs in line with the business targets.
• Collect and evaluate client response.
• Produce findings and strategic guidance based on product usage and documentation findings to participants.

Other:

• Constantly be actively searching for ways to enhance supervising, discover concerns and supply better value to the client.
• Documentation on common suppliers of system problems or questions and make strategic guidance to the cross-functional team.
• Collaborate with promotion in designing consciousness, sales and go-to-market marketing.

Qualifications 

• The applicant must possess 5+ years of expertise in product management in sophisticated/matrix environments with some competence in UX ideally inside a financial technology, banking or tech company.
• Competence in various user analysis methods.
• Competence in various user viability evaluation methods.
• Competence in various user data evaluation resources and methods.
• Productively and accordingly liaise with various internal & external participants.
• Exceptional drafting and editing competencies, integrated with robust visual communication and public speaking competencies.
• Robust expertise in a agile product leadership position.
• Capability to productively oversee and manage various duties.
• Expertise in operating with several cross-operational teams - engineering, promotion, lawful, etc.
• Diplomatically show your findings across to motivate buy-in.
• Outstanding organizing, issue resolution and strategic thinking competencies.

• Reliable background in drafting SQL queries
