Role summary

As a Business data analyst in Asset Finance, you will utilize your logical proficiency to assist the formation and optimization of methods, business dashboards, business operational structures, and tracking software. You will play a main responsibility in the development and refinement of this new and exciting line of business.

Primary duties

• Comprehend the business: You will learn the business to formulate a strong insight of comprehensive methods. This will inform any actions you take, as you'll possess consciousness of unintended results and second-order effects.
• Compose queries: You will use SQL extensively to produce methods, offering teams exactly the data they need and transforming the outcomes of their work for digestion by other operating teams. Additionally, you will use this ability to set up discrepancy and error flagging.
• Build dashboards: You'll build both business dashboards (to be used by operating teams for case-level in-depth dives) and logical dashboards, to guide management decisions and mentor mentoring needed for employees and service providers.
• Automatic control: Through the use of SQL and any other coding proficiencies you may possess, you'll be removing redundant or unnecessary steps from processes and automating wherever possible.
• As-needed evaluation: Offer logical assist for as-needed requests connected with collections processes, which includes risk evaluations, project sample assessments, and process enhancements.
• Executive guidance by example: By building comprehensive expertise and taking ownership of the success of the business, you will serve as an example to others throughout the business.

Preferred Credentials

• 2+ years of work expertise as an evaluator who uses SQL every day.
• Practical understanding of R, Python, and/or JavaScript.
• Expertise with Google Cloud Operational base (GCP).
• Academic qualification in a technical site (Comp Sci, Math, Stats, Engineering, etc.).
