Position Overview

We pursue a very driven and outcomes-driven Sales Delegate to join our team. As a Sales Delegate, you'll play a main responsibility in supporting our mobile phones & accessories corporate identity, pushing sales, and providing outstanding client experiences in in-store stores.

Primary duties

• Advance vivo mobile phones and accessories in in-store stores
• Meet and exceed achievable revenue goals
• Offer exceptional client support and address client questions
• Show service understanding and capabilities to clients and in-store employees
• Preserve a high level of service understanding and stay current with new goods and campaigns
• Work alongside in-store employees to attain sales targets and targets
• Offer input and findings on client preferences and industry trends
• Engage in retail campaigns, events, and marketing.

Qualifications

• 1-4years of sales expertise in the telecom or (mobile phone) in-store industry
• Established history of meeting and exceeding revenue goals
• Clear articulation, interpersonal, and client support competencies
• Robust service understanding and comprehension of mobile phone tech
• Capability to operate in a dynamic in-store environment
• Secondary school certificate or equivalent academic qualification SSCE, NCE, or (OND, Higher national diploma, or Bachelor's degree.) in any discipline.
• Good fitness level.
