Job Description

Position Objective

Under the oversight of the Field associate, the SCOPE FP will supervise the execution of the WFP financed SCOPE registration initiatives in all the Food guard and Livelihood project sites in Borno state. S/he will collaborate with the other Food Guard and Livelihood Project employees to guarantee smooth dispatch of the recipient SCOPE registration initiatives at all the Food Guard and Livelihood projects sites.

Duties

  • Supervises and routinely status reports the Food Guard and Livelihood project SCOPE/digital registration in adherence with the defined project plan in addition to INTERSOS and WFP standard procedures.
  • Oversee the SCOPE registration team and offer suitable direction and monitoring as they carry out routine site initiatives.
  • Supervises the SCOPE/ digital registration tools, materials and data.
  • Supervises the SCOPE /digital registration data, advancement documentation of the e-registration initiatives to optimizing smooth allocation exercise.
  • Carry out skills development initiatives in order to guarantee the dispatch excellent quality food support to the recipients.
  • Supervises divided e-registration associated grievance in accordance with WFP standard procedures.
  • Actively engages along-with other project officers in synchronization sessions, if requested.
  • Organize and send all SCOPE registration initiatives documentation.

Role Qualifications

  • Bachelor academic qualification
  • At least 2 years of expertise on WFP or WFP associates SCOPE Registration/ e-registration programming / or micro-funding with banking / or project execution in a humanitarian circumstance;
  • Expertise in data collection and evaluation
  • Expertise in SCOPE registration, development and documentation project setup
  • Prior expertise operating as a SCOPE Officer
  • Good spoken and documented English and applicable computer competencies.
  • A high respect to customer/company secrecy.
  • Exhibited people skills and respect for people with special needs and other risk exposure.
  • Capability to operate in a diverse circumstance as a adaptable and respectful team player.
