Job Description

GoldChek Herbals is looking for a extremely innovative and strategic Social media personnel to oversee and grow our corporate identity presence across digital channels.
The preferred candidate will be committed to wellness, herbal goods, and building meaningful client connections.
This position includes content formation, group management, community-related plan, and effectiveness tracking.

Formulate and execute a social platforms plan in sync with the corporate identity’s targets.
Produce compelling, premium quality content (graphics, videos, captions) tailored to each operational base.
Oversee and grow GoldChek Herbals’ presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter.
Strategy and implement social platforms marketing to increase participation, corporate identity consciousness, and sales.
Work alongside the graphics team for visually captivating designs.
Address client questions, comments, and messages without delay.
Track social platforms practices and rival initiatives to enhance plan.
Track, evaluate, and documentation on key indicators (reach, relation, switches).
Collaborate with business promotion & sales teams to align social platforms endeavors with campaigns and marketing.

Applicants should have applicable credentials.
Demonstrated expertise as a Social media personnel, Digital producer, or a similar position.
Deep knowledge of social platforms channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
Outstanding copywriting, content formation, and verbal abilities.
Capability to operate with graphics and visual content editing resources (Canva, CapCut, or similar).
Analytics-based mentality with expertise in evaluating indicators and findings.
Expertise in digital promotion, SEO, and paid marketing is a plus.
Creativeness, flexibility, and capability to operate in a dynamic environment.
Enthusiasm for wellness, herbal fixes, and client relation.
