Stock Chain Evaluator at Ascentech Services Limited in Lagos

Position Overview

We are looking for an skilled Stock Chain Evaluator with a solid experience in the production operations industry. The preferred candidate must possess comprehensive competence in SAP (MM, SD, PP, QM), MRP (Material Qualifications Organizing), MPP (Material Procurement Organizing), and improved data status updates/evaluation competencies (Power BI, Excel, SQL). This position is in charge of optimizing stock chain effectiveness by leveraging analytics-based findings, making sure smooth procurement, generation organizing, stock management, and allocation methods.

Primary duties

• Evaluate stock chain data to recognize practices, inefficiencies, and avenues for cost optimization.
• Formulate and preserve complete dashboards and documentation (Power BI/Excel) to track key stock chain KPIs across procurement, MRP, generation, stock, and logistics.
• Lead comprehensive SAP stock chain methods, which includes setup, diagnosing issues, status updates, and user assist.
• Head Material Requirement Organizing (MRP) and Material Procurement Organizing (MPP) to guarantee prompt accessibility of unedited materials and generation inputs.
• Work alongside procurement, generation, logistics, and finance teams to optimize processes and enhance stock chain effectiveness.
• Projection requirement and stock to preserve most effective inventory levels, reducing stockouts and excess stock.
• Assess and track supplier effectiveness, making sure adherence with agreements and assisting vendor connection management.
• Recognize risks and formulate contingency strategies to prevent stock chain disruptions.
• Endorse and execute process enhancements, automatic control, and online platforms to improve output.
• Offer system development, SAP upgrades, and status updates assist to business users and management.
