Position Explanation

• We are looking for a driven and objective-driven Sales Delegate with expertise in cosmetics or beauty in-store.
• The preferred candidate should possess a deep knowledge of skincare, makeup, and beauty goods, along with outstanding client support and sales competencies.
• You will play a main responsibility in pushing income, building client retention, and offering specialist product guidance.

Primary duties

• Welcome and engage clients warmly to comprehend their beauty needs and preferences
• Endorse appropriate goods and show their use
• Upsell and cross-sell goods to meet or exceed revenue goals
• Preserve deep understanding of ongoing product lines, new arrivals, and market trends
• Build long-term connections with clients by offering personalized service
• Manage client questions, service issues, and response competently
• Keep the sales floor well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing
• Process financial record using POS operational structures precisely and productively
• Track stock levels and documentation inventory shortages
• Assist in arranging retail campaigns, events, and product launches

Qualifications

• At least 2 years sales expertise in a cosmetics, skincare, or beauty in-store environment
• Clear articulation and people skills
• Capability to meet revenue goals and manage pressure in a dynamic environment
• Neat appearance and specialist demeanor
• Team player with a client-first mindset
