Business executive manager, Digital Sales & Purchase at Ecobank Nigeria in Victoria Island, Lagos

Role summary

The Chief, Digital Sales & Purchase is in charge of pushing the sale of digital goods and deepening the adoption of digital channels for newly obtained clients in addition to pushing the final mile dispatch of maintainable capabilities around capital transfers, card-enabled mobile financial record, and other emerging payments along the client journey/lifecycle. The role is in charge of conceptualizing and implementation of a digital go-to-market and sales plan for the final mile dispatch of our goods and solutions, income increase, effectiveness advancement and entire business process management as it affects Digital Sales & Purchase through our digital channels which includes the mobile and Xpress Point app. 

Plan execution:

Head strategic programs that will produce business expansion, positioning the Xpress Point app and other digital channels as the choice for purchase of mass affluent clients. Maintain earnings and optimise Average Income Per User [ARPU] on digital financial record.

Executive guidance:

• Preserve a realistic capacity strategy and group arrangement to motivate and head the team to attain volume, value and income targets repeatedly through a clear process of target setting, effectiveness measurement and rewards.
• Carry out consistent People effectiveness and productivity assessments and build a healthy skilled pipeline.
• Motivate and promote a congenial operating environment to enable direct documentation and teams to attain superiority through collaboration and process effectiveness.
• Ensure an nimble and productive staff with the right competencies to meet strategic targets.
• Establish an environment that fosters sales and product management superiority on the team.
