We are looking for a Customer relationship officer to supervise and develop a project sample of leased vehicles, making sure prompt repayments, robust client relation, and entire project sample health.
This position is preferred for a driven specialist with a profile in loan recovery, collections, or financial solutions.

Track and oversee a project sample of leased vehicles, making sure prompt repayment of rental and lease obligations.
Engage clients proactively to guarantee on-time payments, track repayment plans, and handle payment matters.
Formulate organized repayment strategies for clients facing financial hurdles while minimizing risks.
Work alongside the recovery team on escalated defaults and repossession cases.
Evaluate clients’ financial health and recognize advance notice signs of possibility defaults.
Endorse risk risk reduction measures, which includes payment reorganization or recovery actions.
Offer frequent updates to the Top level Customer relationship officer on project sample effectiveness and hurdles.

Bsc in any site.
2 - 3 years’ expertise in loan recovery or collections (Financial Solutions, Financial technology, Leasing & Asset Funding, Coverage, In-store & Buyer Credit).
Proven client engagement leadership background.
