Warehouse Officers at Grand Oak Limited (GOL) - 3 Openings in Nigeria

Objective of Position

Execute and assist warehousing plans and initiatives by making sure the productive storage, managing and dispatch of finished goods to distributors and other diverse sites in order to attain client order fulfilment and service dispatch in alignment with organisation rules and standard standardized processes.

Chief Accountabilities

• Track and documentation inventory levels for adequate stocking to avoid overstock or inventory out of goods
• Ensure proper managing of goods to avoid re-work or rejection by clients
• Execute routine warehouse initiatives, which includes stock and space management, floor productivity, dispatch, hygiene, and client support to optimize warehousing capacity for productivity.
• Cross-check dispatch, goods receipt, and all warehousing documents to avoid inventory variance and discrepancies between the business and clients.
• Execute pre-dispatch assessment for safe loading and dispatch of goods to avoid losses and disputes with clients.
• Preserve an inviting and structured store environment to guarantee proper storage, loading and document keeping of stock to avoid inventory losses and spoilage

Role expectations Education:

At least requirement: First academic qualification/ Higher national diploma certification from a identified higher institution with a grade not less than a Second-class lower or a Minimum lower credit. Added advantage: A MSC or an Master of business administration in a relevant field

Expertise: 

At least requirement: At least 2 years’ cognate expertise
