Warehouse / Stock Chain Staff at Orfema Pharmaceutical Industry Limited in Agege, Lagos

Duties

• Conceptualizing sound, cost-efficient plans for the procurement and procurement of materials necessary for generation.
• Preserving connections with suppliers while repeatedly scouting for additional vendors.
• To manage all stock chain matters and ensure prioritization of stock chain initiatives in the organization.
• To be participated in the efficient organizing and stock of pharmaceutical goods and products to various states and DMA’s under the PPP and MOU Strategic collaborations with States and Pharma Companies, midwifed by ARC_ESM.
• Analyzing expenditure processes while looking for ways to enhance and improve the quality of product buy and the timelines of supplies.
• Sharing information with the management routinely regarding the productive flow of goods and solutions affecting generation.
• Carrying out cost evaluation and setting benchmarks for advancement.
• Conceptualizing risk mitigation strategy standardized processes to reduce risk losses in the event of product shortages.
• Monitored the warehouse and logistics processes to guarantee a smooth process and reduce the entire stock chain cost.
• Track inventory level and ensure order is placed on time to avoid stockouts.

Qualifications

Applicants should have a Bsc requiring at least 2 years of work expertise.
