Your Position

As a Regulate Officer, you will be the guardian of our business honesty and reliability—making sure methods are followed, risks are minimized, and our branches operate at peak effectiveness. Primary duties

• Carry out consistent checks on branch processes to guarantee adherence with rules and standardized processes.
• Track loan disbursements, repayments, and recordkeeping for precision.
• Recognize and documentation business risks, fraud, or discrepancies promptly.
• Confirm cash management methods, stock, and finance records.
• Offer strategic guidance for workflow optimization and risk risk reduction.
• Ensure branches adhere with compliance obligations and internal regulates.

Qualifications

• Expertise in internal regulate, audit, or adherence—ideally in microfinance or banking.
• Robust meticulousness and investigation competencies.
• Capability to operate independently and commute to branch sites.
• Outstanding documentation drafting and verbal abilities.
