Role summary

We’re seeking IT specialist to track, diagnose, and settle system problems linked to variety of software & hardware operational structures. You could be installing, running, arranging and preserving computer and online operational structures, diagnosing software & hardware faults and solving technical, internet and application challenges, either over chat, on phone or in person. S/he should be capable to productively diagnose issues and diagnose concerns and possess a wide expertise of the latest progress updates in computer tech.

Duties

• Responding to client requests and crises as needed.
• Supervising digital infrastructure for malfunctions and errors.
• Executing servicing & maintenance and status reports on software & hardware operational structures as needed.
• Installing new hardware which includes computers, servers, and other peripherals.
• Installing and updating software which includes MS Workspace, antivirus, and operating operational structures.
• Diagnosing issues and diagnosing system problems.
• Oversee workspace internet; add, modify and remove users, observe non-operational time and connections client assistance where necessary.
• Design and execute cost-efficient digital platforms to be deployed across the company.
• Executing repairs and status reports based on diagnostic evaluations.
• Collaborate with vendors and service vendors on the servicing & maintenance and fix of assets and hardware
• Creating error, diagnostic, and fix documentation.
• Offering clients with development on the process and servicing & maintenance of various digital infrastructure.
• Keeping abreast of the latest progress updates in hardware, software, procedures, and diagnostic methods.
