Chief, Business Development and Financial funding at People Capacity Management in Lagos

Duties

• In charge of all income-creating goods the bank employs, e.g., Savings, Fixed Deposits, and Ongoing (and Corporate) accounts.
• Advance all the Banks' Digital Goods; Mobile application, Corporate and In-store internet Banking, Direct Debit and ATM Cards to clients, and ensure dispatch of the same promptly to clients
• Status updates of Sales Numbers to the Management and Board on a on a weekly basis, every month, every quarter, and Yearly basis.
• Assist in all promotion communication tone and materials that go out to clients. This comprises Website information, Digital promotion plans, and physical promotional assets.
• Works closely with the MD to draw in possibility External Financial opportunities and serves as a administrative assistant to track and oversee information exchange with said investors
• Collaborate with the IT department in the zone of new product development, Aviator running test of the new goods, and conceptualizing plans for the best route to market for the goods.
• Oversee the development and execution of new business development programs across various business sectors
• Carry out a standard procedure SWOT evaluation to guarantee the bank’s long-term viability
• Head other business team members to attain the bank’s entire financial plan
• Other ad hoc duties as directed by the CEO.
