Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ expertise as a Feature lead, ideally in a high-growth organisation.
• Expertise operating in a larger company (around 100+ employees) with sophisticated stakeholder engagement and established methods will be an added advantage.
• Verified ability to oversee various participants productively, making sure roadmaps and key focuses are well-communicated.
• Robust expertise top nimble product and technical groups.
• Practical experience carrying out user analysis and viability evaluation to guide product decisions.
• Capability to deliver market analysis and market benchmarking to recognize avenues and shape product direction.
• Established history partnering closely with UI/UX professionals to convert user expectations into intuitive, user-friendly initiatives.
• Understanding with user-facing goods; expertise in healthcare is advantageous but not necessary.
• Exhibited success in optimizing product KPIs connected with user fulfillment and business results.
• Outstanding critical thinking and meticulousness.
• Robust people skills with the capability to build trust and align various teams.
• Analytics-based mentality with competence in resources like Mixpanel and Amplitude.
• Exceptional verbal and professional writing competencies, competent of simplifying sophisticated product visions for broad target groups.
