Job Description

Our Preferred Master Bakery chef is an skilled bakery chef who can bake without oversight and will head and oversee the full scope of generation process of all our Bread Goods from Begin to Finish for over 300 workers
The Master Bakery chef will implement and enhance recipes, execute inspection procedures on ingredients and finished goods and improve food visual communication.
You will also oversee and execute other obligations to guarantee that clients’ needs are satisfied and the bakery is well-stocked and operating smoothly.
Must be arrange, productive and friendly with a concentration on food quality and have a deep knowledge of baking methods.
Running test ingredients and finished goods to guarantee that each item meets food safety and quality regulates.
Keeping records concerning stock and routine generation information.
Ensure the Cleaning and restocking of Stock, and that all tools is sanitized and readied for processes.

Secondary school certificate or equivalent. (OND / Higher national diploma / Bachelor's degree) is a plus
5 years or more expertise in a quality bread-baking position in an industrial environment
Clear expression, time and asset coordination, and organizing competencies.
Meticulousness, especially when executing quality inspections on ingredients and goods.
Readiness to operate independently or with other team members to solve challenges, strategy plans, fulfill orders, and produce amazing baked goods.
Adaptive schedule to operate around client needs, which includes early morning, weekend and holiday accessibility.
