Accounting officer - QuickBooks Online "Clean ups" Expert at D&M Data Solutions Limited in Ikeja, Lagos

Position Overview

We are looking for professional accountant with improved competence in QuickBooks Online (QBO) to join our agile team. The primary concentration of this position is "QuickBooks Online clean ups" for our multifaceted customer base. The preferred applicants will collaborate with our Supervisory role in the Nigeria Workspace and Workspace Team to guarantee smooth methods, precise finance records, and prompt project finalization. The preferred applicants must possess financial recordkeeping expertise with U.S. based customers using QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Primary duties

• Execute deep cleanups and adjustments in QuickBooks Online, making sure the precision of archival and ongoing financial data.
• Diagnose issues and settle QBO-associated discrepancies, errors, and inefficiencies.
• Work alongside directly with the supervisory role to prioritize andto collect necessary financial information and offer status reports on advancement.
• Preserve and enhance QuickBooks Online chart of accounts, and entire financial company.
• Help with daily accounting duty as needed, which includes outstanding bills/receivable, wage processing, and general ledger management.
• Guarantee adherence with relevant financial rules and industry standards.

Necessary Credentials

• Bsc in Accounting or relevant field
• A member of a professional body preferred but not necessary ( ACA, ACCA etc ).
• 3+ years of practical experience with QuickBooks Online, with a concentration on "cleanup" and diagnosing issues.
• Deep knowledge of US accounting principles and procedures (GAAP expertise is essential).
• Expertise operating with a US-based accounting firm will be an added advantage .
• Exceptional corporate and analytical abilities.
• Clear expression competencies, both documented and verbal .
• Competence in Ms office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Bookkeepers with U.S. based customers expertise.

Preferred Competencies:

• QuickBooks Online Improved expertise.
• Expertise in finance reporting and evaluation.
• Verified ability to oversee various projects and due dates.

Note

Applications will be examined on a rolling basis. Successful applicants shall be prepared on the position for 30 days. The first month Remuneration shall be N350,000, after development, remuneration shall be examined upwards to N450,000 and another evaluate at 90 days.
