Human resources Executive at Latitude Cafe and Lounge in Remote (but must be open to Travelling)

About the Position

We’re looking for an Human resources Executive who is not just an implementer, but a strategic architect, prepared to build framework from scratch, lead adherence, and produce a thriving people-first culture. If you’ve designed Human resources frameworks in a advisory firm or a new venture, love business visual precision, and can align people procedures to business targets, this is your chance to make a mark.

People Processes:

• Oversee comprehensive hiring process, which includes position profiling, interviews, and orientation for front-line, processes, and assist positions.
• Organize staff planning to assist new real estate launches or seasonal scaling.
• Advocate workplace engagement, handle employee concerns, and develop a transparent information exchange culture.

Culture & Relation:

• Lead programs that embed culture, values, and visitor-centric service improvement.
• Arrange team relation, acknowledgment programs, and development rollouts in sync with corporate identity tone.
• Work cross-operationally to formulate a robust company corporate identity both internally and externally.

Effectiveness & Adherence:

• Execute simple but efficient results tracking operational structures and every month Human resources dashboards.
• Verify that every employee records, agreements, and perks are preserved precisely.
• Collaborate with Finance and Ops teams on Human resources financial planning, wage processing inputs, and statutory adherence.

Qualifications

• Bsc in HR, Industrial Relations, Business Administrator, or a relevant field.
• 3 - 5 years of reliable Human resources expertise, firmly from service sector
• Firm knowledge of Human resources processes, regulatory framework development, and Nigerian employment regulation.
• High emotional intelligence, corporate ability, and capability to operate with ambiguity.
• Hospitality or service sector expertise is a robust advantage.
