Explanation

  • Is in charge of the on-site execution of the annually assessment programs connected with tools covered by the GS-OT-MIT-511 to guarantee the physical honesty and reliability of the asset.
  • Is in charge of arranging & oversee the remote marine operations painting and assessment initiatives including permanent and ad hoc staff: to guarantee that they are executed completely aligned possessing applicable Assessment Regulatory framework, Assessment Strategize Standardized processes, and Health, safety, and environment Guidelines
  • Oversee the on-site initiatives of the remote marine operations Assessment team (core crew and marketing teams), Corrosion under help desk, and the painting team allocated to the honesty and reliability management of the asset.
  • Work alongside the DW Corrosion Engineer to carry out period audit of Painting initiatives in-field in order to guarantee a good Quality assurance/Quality control of the process
  • Oversee and organize the initiatives of expert service providers mobilized for specific assessment initiatives to guarantee on-schedule finish and productive status updates
  • Trigger Ad Hoc unscheduled Assessment initiatives connected with any special event affecting any tools covered by the GS-OT-MIT-511
  • Bring to the attention of on-site management the status of plant tools in engagement to the Plant Honesty and reliability regulatory framework & GS-OT-MIT-511, which may affect the asset honesty and reliability with an effect on safety and the environment
  • Answer to the OIM the status/execution of organized assessment programs and as-needed inspections possessing applicable findings
  • He is a key assessment element in the honesty and reliability management of AKPO and fill the position of executive guidance for client engagement  of the Honesty and reliability corrective alert
  • Preserve the Register of on-site short-term fix affecting tools covered by the GS-OT-MIT-511
  • Preserve the Asset Register of any tools covered by the GS-OT-MIT-511 and periodically resolve the registers with onshore registers
  • Lead Assessment initiatives in-field and CLASS Society visits connected with the classification (both HULL and Machinery) of the FPSO according to BV Class Regulations
  • Make sure that the assessment initiatives are handled following the UNISOL/SAP Assessment Initiative and all location review components of Assessment cycle are efficiently run
  • Confirm all insight-driven location review outcomes & strategic guidance before transmission to onshore and concluding upload in UNISUP/SAP
  • Answer to the Onshore Assessment team for all system problems and offer IT assistance to onshore RBI Fame NEO engineer connected with data collection & assessment findings
  • Be the on-site focal point for all Location review initiatives which includes subsea, Topside, Corrosion supervising, Lifting tools marketing, etc
  • Make sure that the on-site corrosion supervising of Electrical Resistance, Cathodic protection are carried out as organized and problem periodic documentation
  • Inform onshore assessment assist of any adjustment to be done in the assessment strategy to enhance the effectiveness and performance
  • Be in charge of the on-site execution of the annually painting programme
  • Offer technical support for the accreditation of tools on AKPO - Lifting tools, cranes, PSV’s, Gas cylinders etc.
  • Establish close operating relations with other Site Processes employees which includes Marine, Health, safety, and environment, and Generation in engagement to the execution of Assessment programs on AKPO
  • Delivers technical support and assist to the various on-site users about corrosion regulate, welding methods, and other technical matters.
