Job Description

We are looking for a inspired and skilled Sales Delegate to lead sales and expand our market presence for our corporate identity.
The preferred candidate will possess a solid understanding of the solar inverters, batteries, or associated energy operational structures, a verified ability to establish dealerships, and expertise pushing B2B sales.
This position is key to expanding our market presence and building strategic allocation and work collaboratively networks.

Formulate and implement a growth-attentive sales plan for solar inverters and batteries in the wholesale and B2B space.
Recognize and onboard new vendors, distributors, and channel associates across key regions.
Build and oversee connections with EPCs, solar installers, business-related customers, and institutional buyers.
Evaluate industry trends and rival activity to uncover fresh opportunities and preserve a attractive edge.

bachelor's in engineering. / Higher national diploma in Engineering, Sustainable Energy, or a relevant field.
3-5 years of expertise in technical or industrial sales, ideally in the solar, electrical, or energy storage sectors.
Solid understanding of solar inverters, lithium batteries, and off-grid or hybrid power operational structures.
Exhibited capability to formulate dealership networks and B2B strategic collaborations.
Verified ability to meet and exceed revenue goals
