At least Academic qualification Necessary: Bsc in accounting or other business site of study, which includes an acceptable NASBA foreign education equivalent.
At least Year(s) of Expertise: 8
Accreditation(s) Necessary: CFA certified and/or passed either ACA or ACCA Exam or the equivalent accounting or finance accreditation exam in the selected individual's home country.
Financial solutions Industry/ Capital Markets expertise, some financial funding banking and consultative expertise is advantageous.
Candidates will need to show the above and other competencies which comprise of presenting an comprehensive expertise in and/or a documented performance of success in the items listed zones.
Advising multi-national, publicly traded companies & private equity firms on a extensive range of finance reporting, & capital markets topics which includes:
IPOs, debt offerings, private placements.
Carve-outs and/or spin-offs; and Purchases, alliances/joint initiatives, post transaction matters.
Displays a keen enthusiasm in agreements, capital markets, and other financial record-based initiatives and should anticipate to operate in a high pressure, dynamic work environment.
