What We’re Seeking
- At least Academic qualification Necessary: Bsc in accounting or other business site of study, which includes an acceptable NASBA foreign education equivalent.
- At least Year(s) of Expertise: 8
- Accreditation(s) Necessary: CFA certified and/or passed either ACA or ACCA Exam or the equivalent accounting or finance accreditation exam in the selected individual's home country.
- Financial solutions Industry/ Capital Markets expertise, some financial funding banking and consultative expertise is advantageous.
- Candidates will need to show the above and other competencies which comprise of presenting an comprehensive expertise in and/or a documented performance of success in the items listed zones.
- Advising multi-national, publicly traded companies & private equity firms on a extensive range of finance reporting, & capital markets topics which includes:
- IPOs, debt offerings, private placements.
- Carve-outs and/or spin-offs; and Purchases, alliances/joint initiatives, post transaction matters.
- Displays a keen enthusiasm in agreements, capital markets, and other financial record-based initiatives and should anticipate to operate in a high pressure, dynamic work environment.
