Explanation

The IT systems support Associate is in charge of addressing routine technology concerns and assisting all employees with hardware, software, and network access needs. The person will manage basic structure duty, guarantee promptness ticket solution, and assist orientation/offboarding. This is a Lagos-based position assisting both Nigeria and international teams.  

What You’ll Do

• Address helpdesk tickets connected with IT and user assist  
• Offer in-field assist to Lagos-based employees and remote support to worldwide users 
• Track and preserve stock of IT assets and resources 
• Oversee user setup and removal during orientation/offboarding 
• Organize with external vendors on repairs or hardware buys 
• Help with setting up internet, firewall, and workspace network linkages 
• Run standard procedure system checks and report to higher support tier system problems as needed 

Qualifications

• OND / Higher national diploma / Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field 
• A minimum of 2 years of expertise in IT systems support or a similar position 
• Robust diagnosing issues and verbal abilities 
• Understanding with resources like Microsoft office productivity suite, email channels, online assistance resources 
• Capability to oversee plug-and-play hardware concerns (laptops, printers, routers) 
• Curiosity and growth mindset on the position
