Position Targets

To be capable to promptly recognize, measure, track, oversee, reduce and documentation risks that may effect negatively on the accomplishment of our business targets in line with the enterprise risk tolerance and corporate plan. Carry out unit-specific risk and regulate self-evaluations, risk mapping, prevention of fraud, execution of risk reduction measures, business continuity and workflow optimization.

Obligations & Duties

  • Carry out process risk evaluations across all operational units and subsidiaries to recognize, assess, and minimize possibility threats to organizational processes.
  • Ensure efficient internal regulate methods to advance process effectiveness and minimize risk.
  • Offer risk consultative assist to business units on new product launches, system implementations, adjustment requests, and integrations—making sure alignment with strategic, compliance-related, reputational, and process risk guidelines.
  • Organize and show complete process risk documentation for top level management, highlighting key risk exposures and practices.
  • Work alongside internal departments to explore and settle incidents of suspected fraud; report to higher support tier concerns with possibility reputational or compliance-related effect.
  • Carry out special inquiries into suspicious financial record or scheme initiatives, offering evaluation and practical findings.
  • Help in conceptualizing remediation plans, process enhancements, and risk risk reduction strategies in partnership with business units
  • Track execution of regulatory actions and check in with teams to guarantee corrective actions are productively carried out.
  • Assist the development and implementation of the organization’s process risk management structure and ongoing risk compliance programs.
  • Coordinate Risk and Regulate Self-Evaluation (RCSA) workshops to assist business units recognize, evaluate, and track business risks.
  • Help during the formation and status updates of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), which includes threshold setting, dashboard status updates, and ongoing supervising.
  • Execute internal regulate assessments to guarantee reliability of methods, transaction honesty and reliability, regulatory framework adherence, and compliance to relevant legal provisions and rules.
  • Evaluate process risk incidents to recognize root causes and endorse process or regulate upgrades.

Education

Bsc in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Community-related Sciences, Engineering, Business Management, Information Tech or associated fields possessing applicable experiences.
