Your Effect

As a Grants and Agreements Manager, you will assist Pathfinder’s projects in the zone of grants, agreements and subaward management. Status updates to the Top level Grants and Agreements Consultant, you will collaborate with project teams to successfully navigate, analyze, and adhere with donor qualifications, and bargain with and preserve good relations with donor agreements delegates to guarantee Pathfinder executes projects inside the terms of donor agreements. You will collaborate with country Subaward Administrators to execute and track sub awardees to grow adherence and recognize and minimize risks throughout the subaward life cycle.    

Subaward  Management:

  • Subaward Management: Manage (directly or through assist to Subaward Administrators) country-specific project subawards, which includes decision of subaward mechanism, conceptualizing subaward agreements, subaward modifications, and subaward closeout.
  • Ensure Pathfinder’s subaward operational structures and databases are ongoing with current subaward information.
  • Multi-Country Projects: Manage subawards under multi-Country Projects and subawards where Pathfinder does not possess a country workspace in place.
  • Grant Making Process: Record and distribute industry standards in the full scope of grant making process, which includes evaluate of proposals, the selection process, and evaluate of grantee financial documents. Close out grant programs. Assist Subaward Administrators in the prompt development and issuance of grants based on the financial plan and ensure economical execution of programme.

Management and Assist:

Project coordination and Involvement: Head, oversee or engage in cross-operational project teams Processes Department assist: Engage in employees sessions, work organizing, regulatory framework and standardized process status reports and development, development, etc

Preferred Credentials:

MSC in Procurement, Logistics & supply Management, Business Management or relevant field, or a integration of education and expertise that returns the necessary skills A minimum of 3-5 years’ international non-profit expertise, which includes expertise with subaward management.
