Duties

• Supervise daily store processes to guarantee smooth process and outstanding client support.
• Head, motivate, and oversee employees to attain revenue goals and business targets.
• Track and preserve most effective inventory levels, managing with procurement to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Execute and ensure adherence to organisation rules, safety guidelines, and business standardized processes.
• Organize and send routine, on a weekly basis, and every month sales and effectiveness documentation for executive review.
• Manage client service issues and response competently to preserve client fulfillment.
• Ensure store layout design and store layout meet organisation guidelines to improve client shopping expertise.
• Organize employees development and effectiveness reviews.
• Oversee cash managing, adjustments, and expenditure regulate to prevent losses.
• Stand for the branch in management sessions and support creative thoughts for business expansion.

Qualifications

Interested applicants should have a Bsc with 5-10 years work expertise.
