Surveyor at Primovet Engineering Limited in Lagos

Role summary

We are looking for a meticulous and skilled Surveyor to join our team. The preferred candidate will be in charge of measuring land capabilities, getting ready survey documentation, and making sure that all measurements meet the necessary requirements and lawful guidelines.

Primary duties

• Carry out land, building, and topographical surveys using modern surveying instruments and software.
• Organize precise maps, documentation, and survey drawings.
• Establish boundaries and organize lawful summaries for land parcels.
• Work alongside engineers, architects, and PMs to guarantee project precision.
• Preserve surveying tools and ensure proper calibration.
• Adhere possessing applicable legal provisions, codes, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree/Higher national diploma in Surveying, Geoinformatics, or relevant field.
• At least 5 years of specialist surveying expertise.
• Competence in using GPS, Total Station, AutoCAD, and other surveying resources.
• Robust mathematical, logical, and analytical abilities.
• Clear articulation and collaboration abilities.
• Valid specialist permit or registration (where relevant).
