Position Overview

We are looking for an skilled Estate surveyor & valuer to carry out precise real estate cost assessments, organize thorough appraisal documentation, and offer expert opinion on real estate values across multiple purposes, which includes sales, buys, mortgage, coverage, and investments. The preferred candidate must have robust critical thinking, a strong insight of the local real estate market, and sound expertise in appraisal methods.

Primary duties

• Carry out thorough inspections and evaluations of properties.
• Analysis and evaluate real estate industry trends and similar sales data.
• Organize and show complete appraisal documentation.
• Offer appraisal solutions across multiple purposes (sales, mortgage, coverage, taxation, etc.).
• Coordinate with customers, real estate owners, and industry participants.
• Preserve current expertise in real estate legal provisions, rules, and appraisal guidelines.

Qualifications & Credentials

• Higher national diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Estate Management or associated fields.
• At least 5 years’ demonstrated expertise as a Estate surveyor & valuer.
• Membership with the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) is a plus.
• Robust logical, bargain, and verbal abilities.
• Competence in Office productivity software and appraisal applications.
• Outstanding expertise in the local housing market.
