Position Overview

We are seeking a initiative-driven and meticulous Entry-level Processes Officer to assist the smooth daily running of our processes. The preferred candidate will help in managing initiatives, coordinating assets, making sure adherence with organisation standardized processes, and assisting various business projects to improve effectiveness.

Primary duties

• Help in organizing, managing, and supervising business initiatives.
• Assist procurement methods and oversee stock records.
• Track and documentation on functional performance and advancement.
• Help with planning, logistics, and asset distribution.
• Preserve precise recordkeeping and submitting of business records.
• Assist the execution of rules, standardized processes, and quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service vendors to guarantee on-time completion of goods and solutions.
• Track workspace and site processes to guarantee smooth processes.
• Offer managerial and clerical assist to the processes team.

Qualifications

• OND/Higher national diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Process management, or relevant field.
• 2-3years’ expertise in processes, management, or a relevant position (junior applicants with good competencies may submit application).
• Robust corporate and handling multiple responsibilities abilities.
• Effective communication and people skills.
• Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, and basic data governance).
• Capability to operate in a dynamic and due date-driven environment.
• Meticulousness and analytical abilities.
