Duties

• The Student Hiring process Expert will concentration on interacting with potential students, fostering directs, and championing the transformation of directs into registered students.
• Make outgoing calls to directs produced via multiple platforms, which includes website questions, social platforms, and events.
• Engage with potential students to comprehend their teaching needs and professional objectives.
• Offer thorough information about our teaching programs, admission qualifications, and application standardized processes.
• Establish trust with potential students and handle any matters or objections they may possess.
• Check in with directs through phone calls, emails, and other information exchange channels to preserve relation and coordinate the transformation process.
• Work alongside the admissions team to guarantee a smooth transition for registered students and offer continuous help as needed.
• Meet or exceed hiring process targets and key effectiveness indicators (KPIs) connected with head transformation and registration.
• Lead the concentration on optimizing the customer’s expertise in every engagement through call listening, quality checking, and response.
• Settle all callers’ queries that are escalated from agents productively and productively.
• Utilize all standards oversight response and findings to mentor and formulate team key stakeholders to provide exceptional service.

Certification & Expertise

• At least Higher national diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mass Information exchange, Promotion, English, or any associated discipline.
• At least 3 years applicable professional background in the Reach out Centre industry.
• Deep knowledge of the institution’s rules and solutions.
• Competence in sharing information in Hausa and other key Nigerian languages is a plus.
