Role summary

This position requires a strategic leader with in-depth understanding in Enterprise Risk mitigation strategy inside the Nigerian banking sector, robust compliance-related relation expertise, and the capability to lead a strong risk culture across the company.  The successful applicant will be in charge of shaping and carrying out the Bank’s enterprise-wide risk plan, making sure compliance to compliance-related frameworks, leading the recognition and risk reduction of emerging risks, offering prompt and perceptive documentation to the Strategic leadership, and embedding risk consciousness into business strategic judgment methods.  They will also supervise credit, market, business, liquidity, and adherence risk processes, while nurturing solid connections with authorities, auditors, and other participants to ensure protection of the Bank’s stability and reputation.
