Position Overview
- The Corporate head, Petroleum sector is in charge of top and coordinating the division’s strategic and business initiatives connected with the procurement, pricing, logistics, and adherence of petroleum goods.
- This position ensures the procurement of premium quality goods at attractive prices, manages sophisticated stock chain processes, and executes risk risk reduction plans to enhance cost-effectiveness.
- The position holder leads business expansion, ensures legal adherence, and encourages robust supplier and participant connections across local and international markets.
Primary duties
- Strategize and implement the divisional plan in sync with corporate targets.
- Recognize market avenues for petroleum goods across regions and Head business development endeavors to expand customer base and strategic collaborations.
- Supervise full-cycle petroleum sector solutions to customers which includes exploration, generation, storage, transportation, refining, and promotion.
- Acquire premium quality petroleum sector goods from dependable suppliers and bargain agreements to guarantee favorable terms for stock agreements.
- Supervise sophisticated logistics which includes transportation, storage, and allocation across various geographies.
- Formulate pricing models that balance profit margin with market attractiveness.
- Build, head, and retain a top-performing technical and business-related team, making sure an productive and responsible business hierarchy.
- Navigate compliance-related frameworks across local and international jurisdictions and guarantee adherence with ecological, safety, and trade rules.
- Execute risk regulates and contingency strategies for critical processes which includes supervising financial exposure and hedgeing against market fluctuations.
- Lead process effectiveness and asset effectiveness, executing operational structures to enhance generation uptime, expense management, and process safety.
- Engage with regulatory bodies, authorities, joint-initiative associates, and organizer networks to secure authorizations, protect interests, and strengthen connections.
