Top level Finance Supervisor - DFS at Scale in Lagos

Position Overview

The Top level Finance Supervisor - DFS plays a pivotal position in preserving the financial honesty and reliability and operations excellency of our Digital Financial Solutions business. This role is in charge of making sure precise, prompt, and conforming finance reporting while pushing strategic budgeting and process effectiveness across General Ledger, Outstanding bills & Treasury, and Resource control processes.

Treasury & Cash Management:

• Supervise complete money movement predicting and treasury processes
• Enhance liquidity management plans to assist business expansion
• Preserve and strengthen banking connections across various jurisdictions
• Assist financial risk mitigation strategy programs and financial funding initiatives
• Ensure productive operating capital management

Strategic Collaboration:

• Collaborate with business units to offer financial findings and assist strategic judgment
• Support to strategic budgeting and financial planning methods
• Offer logical assist for business cases and financial funding decisions
• Work alongside cross-operational teams to lead financial effectiveness.

Technical Skills:
