Stock Chain Evaluator at Ascentech Services Limited in Surulere, Lagos

Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous and logical Stock Chain Evaluator to optimize productivity and cost-performance across our stock chain processes.
This position will leverage analytics-based findings to enhance procurement, stock management, logistics, and vendor effectiveness.
The preferred candidate will also offer SAP system assist, making sure smooth business processes and ongoing development.

Evaluate stock chain data to recognize practices, inefficiencies, and avenues for cost savings.
Formulate documentation and dashboards to track key effectiveness indicators (KPIs) for procurement, stock, and logistics.
Work alongside procurement, logistics, finance, and other cross-operational teams to enhance process effectiveness.
Projection requirement and stock practices to preserve most effective stock levels and prevent shortages or excess inventory.
Assess supplier effectiveness, guarantee adherence with agreement conditions, and assist vendor management programs.
Recognize business risks and formulate contingency strategies to reduce disruptions.
Endorse and execute process enhancements, automatic control plans, and standardized best practices.
Stay informed about emerging technical solutions and practices in stock chain management.
Offer first and second-level assist for SAP users, diagnosing issues and addressing SAP system concerns.
Set up and improve SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, QM) in line with organizational needs.
Organize with external vendors and advisors for SAP-associated projects.
Educate final users on SAP functionalities and ensure adoption of new capabilities.
