Position Goal(s)

The Business data analyst will be in charge of collecting, processing, and evaluating data to assist strategic strategic judgment across the company. This position includes producing meaningful documentation, dashboards, and visualizations that offer practical findings to various departments. The evaluator will collaborate with primary stakeholders to comprehend business needs, recognize practices, and display information-driven initiatives that improve process effectiveness, client relation, and business effectiveness within a dynamic financial technology environment.

Obligations & Duties

  • Collect, clean, and evaluate large data collections to recognize practices, patterns, and practical findings.
  • Build, automate, and preserve dashboards and documentation for business units to track KPIs and business effectiveness.
  • Convert sophisticated data findings into clear and brief visual stories for non-technical participants.
  • Work jointly with departments which includes Product, Promotion, Risk, and Finance to comprehend data needs and supply customized findings.
  • Carry out in-depth-dive evaluation to assist product development, client conduct comprehension, and business enhancements.
  • Help during planning phase and execution of data models to assist predicting, segmentation, and predictive data analysis.
  • Ensure data precision and uniformity across operational structures and assist data administration endeavors.
  • Analyze metrics quality and assist settle discrepancies in data status updates.
  • Stay updated with market trends, resources, and industry standards in data analysis, especially within financial technology.
  • Assist A/B running test, market segmentation, and marketing effectiveness evaluation.

Requirement Education:

Bsc in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, or relevant field. A MSC in Business Data analysis, Data Science, or associated discipline is a plus.

General Expertise:

Comprehension of financial technology business models and digital financial goods is a plus.

Specialized abilities:

  • Competence in SQL for data querying and extraction.
  • Expertise with data visualization resources (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Proficient abilities in Excel, and a minimum of one programming language which includes Python or R.
  • Comprehension of relational databases, data systems, and ETL methods.
  • Expertise in statistical evaluation and data mining methods.
  • Understanding with A/B running test, cohort evaluation, and time-series predicting.

Qualifications:

Qualifications which includes Microsoft Accredited: Business data analyst Associate, Google Business intelligence Specialist Certification, or equivalent are advantageous.

Expertise:

At least 4 years of expertise in data evaluation, business intelligence, or associated positions, ideally in a financial technology or innovation-led environment.

  • Robust logical and analytical abilities.
  • Clear articulation competencies with the capability to clarify data findings to non-technical participants.
  • Meticulousness and dedication to data precision.
  • Capability to oversee various duty and supply within tight due dates.
  • Cooperative mentality and capability to operate in cross-operational teams.
