Position Overview

We are seeking a Skilled Expert to assist all recruiting initiatives and improve the ability of individual employees by designing and carrying out efficient development and relation programs. He or she will serve as a link for applicants and recruiting managers while managing the recruiting and development process end to end.

Role summary

• Recruiting certified applicants while preserving a positive company brand identity
• Organize hiring process initiatives to comprise of position fair and campus events.
• Design and deliver session programs
• Recognize development needs by analyzing power and weakness
• Recruiting certified applicants while preserving a positive company brand identity
• Track recruiting indicators which includes time to employ, time to fill and acquire of employ
• Design, dispatch and measure result of application journey surveys
• Educate and advise recruiting managers on interviewing methods and evaluation methods
• Arrange and engage in position fairs/Entry-level trainee programs and beginning to end plan for management of graduate trainees
• Preserve a DB of possibility applicants for future job opportunities
• Formulate retention plans
• Supply Development courses
• Evaluate, modify and design of kpi’s
• Qualifications:Evaluate development performance and assess completed development or ongoing programme to guarantee reflection of wanted modifications

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Corporate Psychology, Business Management or applicable field
• 4 - 6 years demonstrated expertise in relevant position and ability
• Practical experience with various position sites
• Expertise in procurement methods on social platforms and specialty specialist websites like LinkedIn, etc
• Robust People skills
• Good documented and verbal communications competencies
• Understanding with human resource management and succession strategy
• Team spirit
• Sound strategic judgment and planning abilities.
