Position Overview

We are seeking an skilled Regional lead to supervise routine branch processes, lead business expansion, and ensure exceptional client support. The preferred candidate will possess reliable in-store banking expertise, effective guidance abilities, and a established history in business development and process effectiveness.

Primary duties

• Head and oversee branch processes to guarantee adherence with banking rules and compliance obligations.
• Lead business development programs to grow clientele and income.
• Supervise credit management methods, which includes loan authorizations and risk evaluation.
• Oversee, mentor, and formulate branch employees to attain effectiveness targets.
• Preserve high guidelines of client support and settle customer concerns promptly.
• Track branch effectiveness, organize documentation, and execute advancement plans.

Qualifications

• Bsc in a applicable field requiring at least Second-class Lower (2:2).
• At least 5 years’ core in-store banking expertise, with a minimum of 2 years in a team supervisor or managerial position.
• Applicable specialist qualifications (e.g., ACIB, CIBN) are a desirable asset.
• Effective guidance, strategic judgment, and team leadership abilities.
• Established history in business development, credit management, and business monitoring.
• Clear articulation, issue resolution, and client relation abilities.
