About the Position

The Human resource management Officer will be in charge of progressing our human resource management plans across hiring process and skill building.

Duties

• Design and formulate efficient and compelling learning and effectiveness initiatives leveraging learning science and instructional visual design rules.
• Use a effectiveness assist first mentality to carry out learning needs evaluation and prescribe the suitable learning initiatives to close effectiveness differences.
• Supervise development financial plans and guarantee adherence with relevant authorities, e.g. ITF, etc.
• Lead an environment that fosters uninterrupted career advancement and ensure clear communication to enable employees to remain abreast of the necessary information to assist learning & and employee effectiveness.
• Assist various business lines and oversee the comprehensive hiring process cycle for select roles.
• Monitoring the recruitment standardized processes, suggesting measures and tactical approaches to enhance the company’s job hiring process cycle.
• Formulate and execute a progressive procurement plan to grow multifaceted recruitment and retention.
• Produce an active candidate pool for all roles inside the firm.
• Produce and execute an active succession organizing plan for the company.

Qualifications

• Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree Academic qualification in a relevant field
• At least 3 years Human resource management expertise in the financial solutions industry
• Capability to approach position from a strategic/business collaboration viewpoint
