Role summary

The main duty will be to offer pharmaceutical care solutions and assist medication compliance counseling solutions inside the networks.

Zone 3: M&E:

• Track and documentation medication errors suspected adverse reactions to medicines, and other medication-associated events.
• Track ART prescriptions for appropriateness and any discrepancies.
• Track compliance to ARVs; operating with customers and other health service vendors to handle hurdles.
• Handle emerging challenges as customer numbers grow.
• Track and documentation on a weekly basis registration.
• Offer assistance to the Strategic Information (SI) unit to perform study (insight-driven) surveys on service dispatch results for HIV prevention, care, and treatment.
• Guarantee promptness entry excellent quality documentation on a on a weekly basis, every month, bi-every month, and every quarter basis or as necessary.
• Preserve transaction records and stock admin systems as necessary to guarantee transparency in goods management records.
• Guarantee promptness and precise status updates of logistics documentation to coordinate inventory replenishment and responsibility.

 Zone 4: Other tasks:

Engage in cluster managing meeting and stand for the project at applicable fora. ·Carry out any task as may be decided and assigned by the Manager.
