Business data analyst - B2C at Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc in Apapa, Lagos

Position Objective

To evaluate sales data, industry trends, and operational workflows to offer findings that lead strategic strategic judgment and process effectiveness inside the business development team.

Duties

• Collect and evaluate sales, client, and market data to recognize commercial opportunities and risks.
• Formulate business documentation, dashboards, and effectiveness tracking resources for the business development team.
• Analyze key sales practices and offer strategic guidance to enhance income and market distribute.
• Assist sales predicting and financial planning methods by evaluating archival data and market terms.
• Recognize process inefficiencies and suggest analytics-based enhancements to enhance sales processes.
• Work alongside cross-operational teams (sales, promotion, finance, and stock chain) to align business plans.
• Track rival initiatives and industry progress updates to guide sales plans.
• Ensure data precision and uniformity by preserving clean and organized databases.

Credentials / Expertise

 Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Information Tech or a relevant field. At least five years’ expertise in business evaluation, sales data analysis, or a relevant position.

The Person Must:

• Possess good interpersonal and verbal abilities.
• Have robust logical and critical thinking competencies to analyze data and uncover practical findings.
• Possess competence in data evaluation resources which includes Excel spreadsheet software (improved), SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Be cooperative, with the capability to operate productively in cross-operational teams.
