Evaluator - Customer conversion and Adherence at MTN Nigeria in Ikoyi / Lagos Mainland, Lagos

Purpose

To collate and evaluate SIM Cards registration, SIMS accessibility/Stock and Allocation, Activations, Client loyalty and churn  intelligence information on an on-going basis, (in engagement to benchmarking and contest) and offer findings to  Customer conversion Channel effectiveness.

Explanation

• Assess effectiveness measured against SIM registration channel targets  in the items listed zones:
• Trade Work collaboratively and Customer conversion AND adherence Associates
• Walk-in-Centers
• Mobile Lite 
• Link Stores and Link Points
• Other Sim Registration Agents (Pentagon).
• Collect, evaluate and analyze a broad selection of Channel data and formulate on a weekly basis /every month documentation in project setup for business evaluate sessions.
• End- to-end device life-cycle management, tracking, supervising of device’ heartbeat, utilization and effectiveness.
• Engage the regions to check in on execution of Customer conversion Channel Programs.
• Offer and preserve a robust and dependable DB to coordinate tracking and advancement of channel solutions and offering information empowering channel business decisions to be made.
• Organize every month, every quarter and year to date (YTD) measurement documentation.
• Offer operational assist to Customer conversion Manager
• Assist seamlessly, the comprehensive SIM Purchase agent’s system up, development, onboardings and exit.
• Evaluate applicable industry standards and offer strategic guidance to Customer conversion Manager.
• Participate compliance-related sessions at state level and distribute result with regional executive guidance.

Qualifications Education:

First Academic qualification in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Management, Accounting or any associated discipline Fluent in English.
