8+ years of expertise in finance, which includes 2+ years in a financial executive function within a global or high-growth organisation.
Expertise in accounting principals and direct expertise operating with IFRS and local accounting rules in African markets.
Expertise coordinating financial processes for an international organisation with African market exposure.
Verified ability to collaborate with in-country finance and accounting teams while working alongside worldwide finance executive guidance.
Outstanding financial forecasting, predicting, and strategic evaluation competencies.
Expertise operating with processes-heavy businesses (e.g., stock chain, logistics, or production operations).
Capability to shape executive participants and work cross-operationally across finance, processes, and business-related teams.
