Goal

We are looking for an skilled IT Organizer with a solid experience in relationship building and steward management, alongside competence in core IT processes. The preferred candidate will be accountable for managing the daily IT processes, making sure the smooth functioning of our operational structures, and offering IT assistance to employees members.

Duties Relationship building:

• Design, execute, and preserve network structure.
• Diagnose issues network concerns and enhance network effectiveness.
• Supervise infrastructure guard and execute measures to ensure protection of against unapproved entry.

Steward Management:

• Set up and preserve servers, making sure high accessibility and reliability.
• Execute consistent backups and disaster recovery organizing.
• Oversee user accounts, permissions, and entry regulates.

Core IT Processes:

• Offer IT assistance to employees, addressing software & hardware concerns.
• Install, set up, and modify software apps and operating operational structures.
• Carry out system audits to guarantee adherence with organisation rules and industry rules.

Project coordination

Head IT projects from organizing to execution, making sure on-time completion and compliance to financial plan restrictions. Work alongside cross-operational teams to evaluate IT needs and propose initiatives.

Credentials

• Bsc in Computer Science, Information Tech, or relevant field.
• Demonstrated expertise in relationship building and steward management, requiring at least 6 years in a similar position.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN procedures, VLANs, VPNs, and other relationship building notions.
• Competence in steward operating operational structures which includes Windows Steward, Linux, or Unix.
• Expertise with virtualization technical solutions (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Understanding with cloud processing channels (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Outstanding analytical abilities and the capability to assign priorities to tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Clear expression competencies and the capability to operate productively in a team.
• Qualifications which includes CompTIA Network+, Cisco Cisco certified network associate, or Microsoft Accredited: Azure Admin Associate are a plus. Learning & Growth /Creative invention
