Indoor Sales Delegate at Ascentech Services Limited in Victoria Island, Lagos

Role summary

We are seeking a agile and service-oriented Indoor Sales Delegate (Female) to join our team in Lagos. The preferred candidate must possess prior expertise in in-house sales and client relation, with a robust capability to lead sales and build lasting customer connections.

Primary duties

• Participate to walk-in customers and address sales questions through phone, email, and other channels
• Show and upsell organisation goods/solutions to potential and current clients
• Build and preserve robust client connections through clear communication and client engagement
• Preserve precise records of sales initiatives, directs, and client engagements
• Work alongside the business promotion & sales team to attain set targets
• Offer outstanding client support before, during, and after the sale.

Qualifications

• At least OND / Higher national diploma / Bachelor's degree Academic qualification in any applicable field
• Female applicant only (role requirement)
• At least 3 years’ expertise in indoor/in-house sales and client relation
• Clear articulation and people skills
• Robust sales and bargaining skills
• Competence in Office productivity software and basic CRM resources.
