About the Position

We are seeking to employ skilled sales senior leaders (4 slots), to lead the business development targets of the company.

Duties

• Oversee and improve the borrowing project sample in the region and solicit acceptable new connections in order to meet the pre-set financial and non-financial targets
• Formulate an suitable attentive calling programme for each client, and record these in call documentation all in order to fulfil the items listed duties:
• Pro-actively market loan goods, building precious, lucrative and maintainable client connections
• Recognize and transform potential opportunities into active borrowing connections with SME inside the region to build and improve SFC's market distribute.
• Productively and accordingly dispatch information on our clients in order to allow for proper information flow, help the Creative invention process, and coordinate the production of new creative thoughts, initiatives and alternatives that add value to our clients.
• Gain an deep comprehension of each client - their business, their needs & their values and formulate customized initiatives, being creative where necessary, to add demonstrable value to our clients.
• Spread and evaluate balance sheet and income statement, organize credit bundles, which includes KYC due diligence and E&S screening, team with the legal advisor in readiness for and bargain of lawful recordkeeping.
• Firmly follow organizational guidelines, executing and updating of all necessary recordkeeping.
• Preserve regular engagement with centers of shape, multifaceted industry segments, group key stakeholders, authorities, and top level business connections.
• Make sure that the company’s initiatives are carried out in accordance with all compliance-related, lawful, and country rules in communication link with the group legal advisor.
• Formulate and preserve robust operating relations with all current customers is key.
• Identify advance notice signs and closely track customers to expect modifications in risk rating. - Proactively recognize concerns and reorganize connections to reduce risk possibility future risk.
• Carry out collection calls on client visits to collect delinquent loans if any.

Qualifications

• Higher national diploma / Bachelor's degree Academic qualification in promotion or any relevant field
• 2+ years of demonstrated expertise in a financial institution
• Expertise in credit and connection management.
• Solid experience in credit risk, adherence.
